2021 Archimedes Symposium

Overview

The Archimedes Symposium is a 1-day VIRTUAL exclusive event for Archimedes members and guests. The event is a combination of short presentations, followed by an interactive virtual event. The Archimedes Symposium will take place virtually in conjunction with the University of Minnesota's Design of Medical Devices Conference. The morning session will include individual talks on device security and the afternoon will be an interactive Capture the Flag competition hosted by our friends from the Defcon Biohacking Village. This cross-industry event is designed for professionals and students alike to learn and share knowledge on all things medical device security. Additional details coming soon! Interested in becoming a member? Email us at archimedes@umich.edu.
(Schedule page adds: "We have been busy reinventing ways to bring our members our highly-valued events. We are thrilled to announce a one-day event bringing together top-notch security leaders in healthcare, research and medical device manufacturing."
